How to Get Support

All support is handled exclusively through our Discord server. Join the server, connect your account, and open a ticket in the designated support channel. This is the only way to reach us.

You must connect your Discord account from your dashboard before opening a ticket.

After You Subscribe

Once your payment is successfully processed through Stripe, your active plan will appear on your dashboard. You can view your current tier, billing cycle, next payment date, and subscription status directly from there.

To receive access to your purchased content and Discord channels, you must connect your Discord account from your dashboard. Once connected, your account will automatically receive:

  • The role matching your purchased tier (Level 1, Level 2, or Level 3)
  • The universal Customer role that all paid subscribers receive, regardless of tier

If your roles are not assigned within a few minutes of connecting, open a support ticket in our Discord server and we will resolve it manually.

Response Time

We typically respond to support tickets within 24 hours. Active subscribers with a linked Discord account receive priority support.

Reporting Leaked Content

If you discover any 5LEAKS content being shared, redistributed, or leaked outside of our platform, report it immediately through a support ticket in Discord. Do not post about it publicly or send multiple reports for the same issue. We will investigate and take appropriate action, including DMCA takedown notices where applicable.
